Where we ship
We deliver across the United Arab Emirates and to the Gulf Cooperation Council countries: Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain and Qatar.

Delivery times start when your system is ready to dispatch, not when the order is placed.
Build time before dispatch
- In-stock configurations (for example the Apex Core line) are assembled, stress-tested and ready within 1 hour of order confirmation in Dubai.
- Custom builds, hardline watercooling, workstations and servers are quoted with their own build time, normally 3 to 7 business days, confirmed in writing before payment.
- Every system is powered on, benchmarked and inspected before it leaves our Dubai facility.
Shipping fees
- United Arab Emirates: free delivery on every order, with no minimum order value.
- GCC countries: the courier fee for your destination and order size is shown at checkout or confirmed by our team in writing before payment.
- Express or time-slot delivery outside Dubai can be arranged at cost; we confirm the fee by WhatsApp before dispatch.
Dispatch and tracking
- Orders are dispatched after payment is confirmed and the build has passed testing.
- You receive the courier name and tracking reference by email and WhatsApp.
- For same-day Dubai deliveries we agree a delivery window with you by WhatsApp on the day.
Custom PCs, servers and multi-unit orders
Custom PCs travel in foam-fitted, double-walled packaging with the graphics card braced for transit. Enterprise servers and multi-unit orders are palletised. For GPU servers, AI workstations and gaming-centre deployments inside the UAE we can deliver, install and power-on test on site; ask for a quote.
Customs and duties on GCC orders
Deliveries outside the UAE may be subject to import duties, VAT or clearance fees charged by the destination country. These are payable by the customer and are not included in our prices. We provide the commercial invoice and any documents the courier needs for clearance.
On delivery
- Inspect the packaging before signing. Note any damage on the courier's record.
- Power on and test a custom PC within 48 hours of delivery. Report any transit damage or fault within that window to support@venomgaminguae.com or WhatsApp +971 56 644 0040, with photos where possible.
- Failed delivery attempts caused by an incorrect address or no one available at the agreed time may incur a re-delivery charge.
Collection from the showroom
You can collect your order free of charge from our showroom at Computer Plaza, Dubai, by appointment. Collection is available for all orders, including same-day builds.
