We ship across the United Arab Emirates and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, and Oman.

Shipping fees


  • Within UAE: Free shipping on all orders
  • GCC countries: Shipping fees and customs vary by destination and order size. Exact fees quoted at checkout or confirmed by our team before final payment.

Dispatch and tracking


  • Orders are dispatched after payment confirmation and build completion
  • You receive tracking information via email and WhatsApp
  • For same-day Dubai deliveries, we coordinate a delivery window directly via WhatsApp

Large and fragile items


Custom PC builds, enterprise servers, and AI hosting systems are shipped in protective packaging with appropriate handling. For complex installations or multi-unit deployments, our team can arrange on-site setup (UAE only).

Customs and duties (GCC orders)


GCC deliveries may be subject to local customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping fees. We provide all required commercial documentation to facilitate customs clearance.

Delivery acceptance


  • Please inspect your package upon delivery
  • For custom PCs, we recommend powering on and testing the system within 48 hours
  • Any shipping damage or defect should be reported immediately to support@venomgaminguae.com
  • Refused deliveries or failed delivery attempts due to incorrect address may incur re-delivery fees

Collection from showroom


Customers can collect orders directly from our Dubai showroom at Computer Plaza, Dubai. Free collection by appointment.
