Who we are


Venom Gaming Computers & Requisites Trading, holding Dubai E-Trader License No. 1146884, operates this website and provides custom PC builds, components, and related services within the UAE and GCC.

Products and services


We sell:

  • Custom-built gaming PCs and workstations
  • Standalone components (GPUs, CPUs, memory, storage, cooling, cases, peripherals)
  • AI workstations and AI hosting infrastructure
  • AI services including agent deployment and custom development

All products are described with technical specifications and pricing in UAE Dirhams (AED), inclusive of 5% VAT where applicable.

Ordering and build process


  • All orders are confirmed by email after payment
  • Custom PC builds are typically assembled, tested, and ready for handover within 1 hour of order confirmation, subject to component availability
  • Every PC is assembled, tested, and verified before handover or shipment
  • Component substitutions of equal or greater value may be made only with your approval

Pricing and payment


  • All prices are in UAE Dirhams and inclusive of VAT
  • We reserve the right to adjust prices without notice. Confirmed orders are honored at the price agreed at order time.
  • Payment methods: credit/debit card, Tabby, Tamara, bank transfer, crypto, cash on delivery (UAE only)
  • Invoices include our TRN: 104195466800003

Warranty


  • All custom PC builds include a 1-year direct replacement warranty
  • Individual components carry the manufacturer's warranty as declared at purchase
  • For defects during the warranty period, we arrange courier pickup, replacement, and return delivery at our cost

Intellectual property


All content on venomgaminguae.com including text, images, logos, and designs is owned by Venom Gaming UAE or licensed to us, and is protected under UAE and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our written permission.

Acceptable use


You agree not to:

  • Use our site for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to breach our security or systems
  • Submit false information
  • Resell products purchased from us without authorization

Limitation of liability


To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of our products or services
  • Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim
  • Nothing in these terms limits liability for matters that cannot be excluded under UAE law, including consumer rights under Federal Law No. 15 of 2020

Force majeure


We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, supply chain disruption, transport strikes, or government action.

Governing law and disputes


These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
