Our build process


Every custom PC we sell is assembled, thoroughly tested, and verified for full functionality before handover or shipment. This ensures customers receive a working system from day one.

Cancellation before build


You may cancel your order and receive a full refund any time before we begin building. Once your build has started, the order cannot be cancelled.

To cancel, contact support@venomgaminguae.com or WhatsApp +971 56 644 0040 immediately after placing the order.

After handover


Because our PCs are tested and verified before handover, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or any reason after handover or delivery has been completed.

Defects and warranty replacement


If any defect or fault occurs with your PC or its components during the 1-year warranty period:

  • We arrange free courier pickup from your location
  • We diagnose the issue at our Dubai facility
  • We replace the defective component at no cost to you
  • We return the repaired system via courier at our cost

This applies to all custom PCs built by Venom Gaming UAE.

Standalone components


Standalone components (GPUs, CPUs, peripherals, etc.) purchased separately are covered by the manufacturer's warranty as declared at purchase. Warranty claims on standalone components are processed through us and forwarded to the manufacturer where applicable.

Exclusions


The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage caused by accidents, mishandling, or unauthorized modification
  • Damage from liquid spills, power surges outside manufacturer tolerances, or force majeure
  • Normal wear of consumable parts (thermal paste, fan bearings beyond rated lifespan)
  • Software issues not related to component defects
  • Issues arising from customer-installed components not purchased from us

Statutory rights


Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection. If your product is defective, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you are entitled to the remedies provided under UAE law.

VAT on refunds


Where a refund is issued (before build begins), the full amount paid including VAT is returned. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
