Build Detail

Inside The Architecture

Apex Core, built around the new RTX 5050.

The Pulse Striker is the entry-level Apex Core build for UAE gamers who want a custom Venom rig without the Apex Elite price tag. It pairs Intel’s 12th-gen i5-12400F (6 cores / 12 threads) with NVIDIA’s brand-new RTX 5050 8GB — a combination that runs 1080p competitive esports at 240+ FPS and pushes mainstream AAA titles past 60 FPS at high settings.

Built for 1080p hot-lap gaming

This isn’t a budget shell — it’s a properly configured custom build. The H610M D4 motherboard, 16GB of dual-channel DDR4, a 500GB NVMe boot drive, and a 650W PSU are sized to the GPU’s draw with headroom for storage and RAM upgrades later. Assembled by hand in Dubai, stress-tested for 48 hours before delivery, and supported in-house.

What it runs without compromise

  • Valorant, CS2, Apex Legends, Fortnite — 240+ FPS at competitive settings (1080p, low-medium presets for max responsiveness)
  • Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III, Warzone — 144+ FPS at high settings, 1080p
  • Cyberpunk 2077, Hogwarts Legacy — 60-90 FPS at high settings with DLSS, 1080p

Pulse Striker vs Blaze Marauder — what AED 600 buys you

Both share the i5-12400F CPU and 16GB DDR4. Stepping up to the Blaze Marauder upgrades the GPU from RTX 5050 to RTX 5060 (≈25% more performance, better DLSS handling) and doubles storage from 500GB to 1TB. If you only play esports at 1080p, the Pulse Striker is the right tier. If you want 1080p Ultra fidelity in modern AAA, the Blaze Marauder is AED 600 well spent.

Clarifications

Questions Answered

Is the RTX 5050 worth it over an RTX 4060?
Yes — it’s the cheapest current-gen 50-series card in UAE retail, with DLSS 4 and frame generation on tap. For 1080p competitive gaming it’s the sweet-spot.
Can the Pulse Striker handle 1440p?
Partially — at 1440p the RTX 5050 averages 35-50 FPS in current AAA at high settings. With DLSS Performance and frame generation you can push past 60 FPS in supported titles, but for native 1440p step up to the Blaze Marauder (RTX 5060) or Specter Vanguard (RTX 5060 Ti).
